Usage:
Coffee: Prepare coffee filter with coffee powder. Add 1/4tsp. Stevia to 1 cup of water and boil. Pour over coffee and cover. Add milk to the decoration and serve.
Milk: Add 1/4 tsp. to a glass of milk and boil Serve.
Tea: Add 1tsp.of tea to the tea pot. Put 1/4 tsp, of stevia in vessel with 1 cup of water and boil for 2 mins. Pour over the tea and cover for 1 min. Strain and serve with milk.
Cold beverages: Add 1tsp. stevia to 1 cup water and boil for 2 mins. Cover and strain after 5 mins. Add desired quantity of stevia syrup to cold milk, juices, desserts etc. Refrigerate balance stevia and use within 2 days.
Contraindications:
Stevia used in dosages higher than for sweetening purposes has been documented to reduce blood sugar, lower pressure, reduce the heart rate.
Avoid:
Using large amounts of Stevia.
